Niagara Amusement Park and Splash World, the name of the former Fantasy Island on Grand Island, is expected to be open to the masses beginning Memorial Day weekend.
Fantasy Island has been closed since February of last year. The rides were sold and the property was defaced. But today, there was good news for the park.
