The Western Illinois University’s Department of Art and Design’s upcoming “First Wednesday event will take place from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 3 in Garwood Hall and the Heating Plant Annex. This event is open and free to the public, but all children 13 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
