BACOLOD CITY A barangay official was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Bangga Pepe, Barangay San Jose, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental on Wednesday, Feb. 15.
The victim was identified as Ian Negrido, 41, councilor in Barangay 18-A, Victorias City.
