He issued a Statement Today in which he said that the old method of watching a missile firing and then gathering the United Nations general assembly, or Security Council together to issue a pronouncement against iran, that those days were over. That that was ineffective. He announced a series of sanctions that quite frankly, looked a lot like the sanctions the Obama Administration issued a year ago. The difference was that in announcing it, they revealed a little bit more about what they knew about the networks of suppliers that the iranians have for their missile program.
