A dedicated 13-year employee at Cricket NSW, who has been the Executive Officer of the NSW Cricket Umpires’ and Scorers’ Association (NSWCUSA) since September 2019, Penman will this week make his BBL Umpiring debut when the Sydney Sixers take on the Brisbane Heat at Metricon Stadium on the Gold Coast.
