Parents have been told to cover their children s faces when leaving primary school after video cameras mysteriously appeared outside.
Residents spotted the cameras strapped to lamp posts outside Poplar Street Primary School in Audenshaw.
It s not known why they ve been put there, or even who installed them, sparking fears among the community as to what the footage will be used for.

Manchester Evening Newsreported earlier how residents raised concerns about the equipment, which appeared in Ravenwood Drive outside Poplar Primary School in Audenshaw, Tameside.
Even school staff were in the dark, with headteacher Iain Linsdell saying police told him to advise parents to obscure your child s face as you leave school until they will come and remove them and investigate further .
