The proposals for the village of Leigh-on-Mendip, between Frome and Radstock, were submitted to Mendip District Council in September 2020 and located on land off Quarry Lane.
They contained plans for up to 40 homes, as well as a playing field and car park specifically for the nearby Leigh-on-Mendip First School.
