Dimapur/ Tuensang, July 23 (EMN): With the objective to strengthen relationship and bonding with rural customers, State Bank of India (SBI), Dimapur region, organised a farmers’ connection programme ‘Ratri Shivir’ in Phaipijang village, Dimapur, on July 22 on the theme “Ek Raat Annadata Ke Saath.” The programme was attended by Rapi Pao Paomaim chief manager credit RBO Dimapur; Temsurenla Jamir, chief manager of SBI RBO Dimapur; I Temjen Changkiri, branch manager of SBI Purana Bazaar branch; Anthony Ngourii, branch manager of SBI, Golaghat Road; Letthang Chongloi, GB of Phaipijang village; Jangpao Changsan, chairman PVC; and Danny Lenthang, secretary of PVC along with around 120 villagers, an update from SBI stated. On the occasion, the bank officials handed over in – principle sanction letter to 34 piggery farmers in the village.
