Virginia State Police have so far been unsuccessful in finding the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run on July 17 that left 47-year-old Durrell Jerome Sawyer dead in I-264.
A driver was shot at by a gunman in an unknown vehicle on I-264, causing them to crash into a tree line on Wednesday. The incident is very similar to two other incidents on the previous two nights.
