Hyundai Engineering & Construction (E&C) started sales of Hillstate Samsung one-room apartments in Gangnam District, Seoul, the company said, Tuesday. The complex will consist of 165 studio apartments from 50 square meters to 84 square meters in size in buildings up to 17 stories tall. The builder said that Hillstate Samsung has a high future value as it is near the Gangnam Business District, one of Seoul s top three business districts.
