Turkish Technic and Honeywell bolster cooperation

Turkish Technic, a leading aviation services provider, has signed a ten-year global repair license agreement with Honeywell for Air Data Inertial Reference Unit (ADIRU) of Boeing 737MAX, 737 Next Generation (NG) and 787.

Turkish Technic and Honeywell strengthen cooperation

Under the terms of the agreement, Honeywell will supply subparts to Turkish Technic, and Turkish Technic will operate as the Authorised Global Service Centre for Honeywell’s ADIRU components, providing repair services for its local and international customers.

Wednesday, 5th May 2021, 5:13 pm The AAIB reported as part of scheduled maintenance overseas, the Airbus (registration G-POWN) underwent a biocide shock treatment on its fuel system, using Kathon biocide, to treat microbial contamination. Once the maintenance was complete, the aircraft returned to the UK on February 24 2020. In the 24 hours preceding the incident, there were abnormalities with the operation of both engines across four flights.
