Ola Cabs has been ordered to reimburse a customer who was billed for a full ride despite their journey being curtailed. The Hyderabad District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission ruled that Ola was at fault for unfair trade practices and deficiencies in service. The company must pay a refund of Rs 912 along with 12% interest from the travel date, Rs 2,000 as compensation and Rs 1,000 as costs.
