• Scouting for Trees: Register now to have your Christmas trees picked up between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Jan. 3. Dropoff is also available on Jan. 6 and Jan. 7 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at Celebration Park. Bring your Christmas tree and any broken or unusable holiday lights to the local Boy Scouts. They will make sure the trees are composted and the lights are recycled so your holiday celebrations don’t add to the landfill. Celebration Park is located at 1095 S. 324th St., Federal Way.
