Society Cycle, a new Black-owned cycling studio, is set to open later this month in Over-the-Rhine.
Owner Dari Grant recently signed a lease with Cincinnati Center City Development Corp., or 3CDC, for a 2,480-square-foot space near the corner of 14th and Race streets.
Society Cycle will offer spinning classes in the mornings and evenings seven days a week when it opens May 22 at 15 W. 14th St.
The studio will be located on the second and third floors of the building located above Low Spark.
The check-in counter will be located on the second floor, along with a juice bar and lounge area. There will be 14 bikes on the third floor, spaced out to accommodate COVID-19 regulations, according to a press release.
