A member of the Oath Keepers militia has pleaded guilty to engaging in seditious conspiracy during the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol, and will be expected to testify against Rhodes.

A total of 11 members were hit with the seditious conspiracy charge. One member, Edward Vallejo, skipped Tuesday s hearing and has not entered a formal plea. The 10 others pled not guilty.
Thomas Caldwell, one of the 11 people indicted on Thursday for sedition, told Tucker Carlson that the charges against him were clap trap , hooey and plain nuts . He insisted he never entered the Capitol.
