Former Panthers coach Matt Rhule has agreed to become the next head coach at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reports.
The contract will be for eight seasons, and the school plans to introduce Rhule in a press conference in Lincoln on Monday. The NFL Network reported Sunday that Rhule's contract is worth $72 million over eight years.
