Videos released online as Hurricane Ian approached Florida's coast show whole homes being ripped from their foundations by the storm's raging floodwaters.
“We're looking at those threats and what we're facing. We're hoping the track stays on it course now with no more deviations to the east. We are looking at impacts of really high tropical force winds for our county,” said Billy Litton, Emergency Management director.
