The prosecution says he smothered him because he was interfering in a relationship with his 17yearold girlfriend but there was no evidence, to dna or video to tie him to the crime. They cannot prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. Very well intentioned people disagree on this but 12 people could not say guilty. Brendon creatos family refused to speak to the media and prosecutors made it clear that creato is not out of the woods.
