湖南韶山检察公开送达红色资源保护检察建议--法制网

在韶山市韶山乡平里村一组一处山林中，立着一座“孤独”的墓碑，几十年来鲜有人去。去年下半年，韶山市检察院检察官请当地村民带路，寻访这座无人问津的坟墓，烈士杨再麟尘封的故事才开始被人知晓。出生于1903年的杨再麟，18岁就参加革命，1926年加入中国共产党，1930年在湘乡县城被敌人杀害，牺牲时任中共湘乡县城前党支部委员。在连续一周的走访中，检察官发现韶山境内红色资源保护存在管理不到位、修缮不及时等问题，其中杨再麟烈士墓以及中共韶山特别党支部“五杰”成员中的毛新梅、钟志申、庞叔侃等在内的15名烈士墓地范围及周边杂草丛生，墓碑、碑文存在一定程度污损。韶山市检察院以“潇湘红色文化资源保护公益诉讼专项行动”为契机，走访湖南省韶山管理局、韶山市文化体育局、韶山市退役军人事务局等多家单位，�
