Most people whizz past Humpty Doo, a rural community about 40 minutes south of Darwin on the highway to Kakadu.
While some tourists might stop at the local landmark, a larger-than-life boxing crocodile, to snap a quick selfie, the rest of the town is largely left for the locals.
But Humpty Doo, population 4,400, this week gained national attention – and the town s average income skyrocketed – after 10 locals shared in Lotto winnings of $35 million.
