GRANTS PASS, Ore. A federal arrest this month in Grants Pass involves the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and an identified leader of a regional drug trafficking organization.
In total, agents confiscated 23 pounds of meth, seven ounces of fentanyl, six ounces of cocaine and six firearms from Ferndale to Grants Pass, Oregon. Only one of the alleged traffickers was arrested in Oregon – Oscar Dominguez-Silva, who the police allege led the organization – whereas the rest were arrested in Fortuna, Ferndale and the Eureka area.
