NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - When the pandemic hit in March, Charleston Habitat for Humanityâs work on a home in North Charleston was put on hold for about seven months while staff figured out how to continue safely working.
Itâs just one example of the challenges the organization faced this year as staff and volunteers work to build more homes for people in need.
