Second Chance Humane Society’s Board of Directors has hired new Executive Director Nick Gilman on a nine-month contract, with board leadership describing the nonprofit’s next phase as “an exciting reset time for the organization.” This is Second Chance’s second leadership change since last fall. Longtime Executive Director Kelly Goodin announced in October she was leaving the organization in December, and interim Executive Director Annie Guion stepped in as the board searched for Goodin’s replacement.
