Lowincome families and people of color [indiscernible] in real time. Help us now in real time by passing this resolution. Thank you. Thank you. Next caller, please. Good afternoon, supervisors. Im with the Mission Economic agency and calling in strong support of the resolution before you. Were currently only meeting 20 of our low and moderate housing goals and think its important theres an antidisplacement lens when handled in certain ways it can contribute to displacement of lowincome residents and theres history of market rate housing in overbuilt, lowincome areas in the city. Recent study of university of minnesota identified rent pressures can be put on those who are paying the lowest rents in an area near new market rate housing. What kind of housing you build and for whom and where matters a lot not just quant. On the quantity front we think there should be no increase insensitive communities as mapped by the urban displacement project. For these and other reasons we think its ve
This is your opportunity to address any of the legacy business applications. Ed you have less than two minutes. Val de cole is one of the oldest wine store Liquor Stores in San Francisco and i believe it started in the 30s and there was an older couple who always kept their newspapers and Everybody Loves our store and is always coming back. One year the American Express called us a second store for repeat customers in the country with the same people and the same customers. I started in 1977 and worked for a previous owner whose name was jacob and we learned all about wine and beer. The place is always respectful and we open holidays and we never close. I think its a good addition to the community and in a different neighborhood. So there they really like us. This is there for many, many years. You have 30 second, sir. That is why i am requesting for the legacy for the store to stay the way it is because it is very that is very classic. Thank you. A commissioners, the mater is now befo
There are two callers. First speaker, please. So, again, commissioners, this pandemic, as you can see, very few people want to participate in any of these major projects. So we leave it to you, our representatives, to do Due Diligence based on third street, which is a mess, the central subway, we are waiting for the opening, the van ness bus rapid transit, the businesses that needed to be helped have gone. And we havent learned anything what happened on Market Street before. We always dont seem to learn something from the past projects and we dont seem to have a checklist. We just live it to become project managers, who are not really project managers, because they cant do a needs assessment. And then we love to have our fire chats, the Public Comment period, where we allow them a couple of minutes and you dont seem to be paying attention to us. Its going to come to bite you all in the back. Supervisor peskin next speaker, please. Thank you, caller. Your two minutes begins now. Thank y

It is an experience that you cant have anywhere else in San Francisco. [ ] [ ] district nine is a in the southeast portion of the city. We have four neighborhoods that i represent. St. Marys park has a completely unique architecture. Very distinct feel, and it is a very close to holly park which is another beautiful park in San Francisco. The Bernal Heights district is unique in that we have the hell which has one of the best views in all of San Francisco. There is a swinging hanging from a tree at the top. It is as if you are swinging over the entire city. There are two unique aspects. It is considered the fourth chinatown in San Francisco. Sixty of the residents are of chinese ancestry. The second unique, and fun aspect about this area is it is the garden district. There is a lot of urban agriculture and it was where the city grew the maj
