Those two teenagers were struck. Their injuries were nonlife threatening. Just a few hours before that at about 11 00, shots rang out on west floor went avenue during a protest just as Ferguson Police chief Andre Anderson was talking to reporters. Officers arrested nearly two dozen people during protests marking one year since the death of Michael Brown. At least one officer was seen using pepper spray on the crowd. Earlier monday, protestors shut down interstate 70 during the afternoon rush hour. St. Louis county is now under a state of emergency. Andy is live on the ground there in ferguson.
