reelection. i just saw a poll recently saying that 55% of the american public actually believes he s going to be reelected. even though he holds low numbers. so you do that, and then trump says, you know what, the american people voted for me, they knew what i was all about, the democrats won t have the ability to hold him to account. maya, and i m just a strategist, i m talking about a 20-month business plan, once you give him impeachment, he s a very single minded club guy. you give him that one tool, they re coming to take me away, they re taking your president. there are not 20 republican senators that are going to turn around and it ends with a w. my concern is, it hands him an election. is there another legal path right now that can get you to impeachment that doesn t give him this club but continues a background chorus? you re starting to see the popular numbers move towards impeachment. what would be the legal moves at this point? i think one of the things we re seeing in

that was the middle class didn t get, it a trillion went back into companies buying back their stock and the numbers just a year later are soft. so tell me why you think a tax cut a good thing. one of the key moves is that they let foreign money come back to america. so all these companies that would make money overseas, they just couldn t bring the money back to america. now they can bring the money back to america because you ve already paid the taxes. they forced you to pay the taxes. so the tax cut for companies was really, look, you re going to have a lower tax rate but i m going to tax you on everything you ve made there. i want to bring it down to in reality the average joe did not see a gain. to me i think there is a real income inequality, wealth distribution problem in this country. from a human point of view, it s just not fair. we re not talking about income tax, we re talking about the corporate tax. i m talking about tax saves. the corporate tax went from
flynn s lawyers. donna, obviously nancy pelosi very in charge. i believe right now she s doing the right thing. i think impeachment at this point is a loser for the obvious reasons, it ends in losing. but i think you can have the best of both worlds, i ve thrown out a theory, rename impeachment and call it investigations. if you re in a room with nancy pelosi, what do you tell her to do? i ve written it, so what i would tell her to do is proceed with impeachment. here s the thing, donny. unless democrats move forward on the language of the constitution, we don t have criminal enterprises listed in the constitution. it s impeachment. it s an opportunity to educate the american public about what the process is. it s not removal of the president but it s holding him accountable. and i think the window is closing for democrats to be able to do that. and then they run the risk, frankly, that he does win
