The non-brokered private placement consisted of 800,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase, for a period of 36 months from the date of issue, one additional common share of the Issuer at an exercise price of $0.35 per share. The hold expiry date for the placement is October 25, 2021. The net proceeds from the private placement will be used for the further exploration on the Company s British Columbia mineral properties and general working capital.
