疫情下，弱勢孩子面臨的生活、教育困境更加嚴峻，家扶基金會指出，疫情在三級警戒時期，已有6959戶扶助家庭受疫情影響生計，家扶搶先發出2600萬元急難救助金，更募集2800台平板讓孩子因應期間停課所需。但學校開學在即，籌措學費的壓力讓家長憂心，弱勢孩子的學習挑戰正接踵而來。家扶調查發現，超過8成孩子透過課業和才藝學習探索興趣，6成孩子能找到人生目標，8成孩子期待持續投入到學習活動中，但過程中孩子仍有隱憂，如無法負擔學費（65.5%）、無法負擔補習費（51.9%）、家長無法指導課業（42.0%）。
