Liam Hughes Tonneson Gale is the last of three suspects to be convicted in the 2020 Christmas morning murder in Riverdale that left Trevor Anthony Martin dead, and seriously injured Angela Rowley.
RIVERDALE, Weber County Formal charges were filed Tuesday against the third person allegedly involved in the fatal shooting of a man during a Christmas Day home invasion in Riverdale that also critically injured a woman.
Liam Hughes Tonneson Gale, 31, of Roy, was already listed as a co-defendant in the charging documents of the other two people charged. Tuesday, he was charged in 2nd District Court with aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, and obstructing justice, all first-degree felonies; and two counts of possession of a firearm by a restricted person, both second-degree felonies.
He joins Brittany Ann Rogers, 31, of Clearfield, and Rayburn Jimmy Bennett, 16, of West Valley City, who were each charged with murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and obstructing justice, all first-degree felonies.
