The union representing correctional officers at the Central Nova Scotia Correctional Facility in Dartmouth say they are "critically understaffed" and something needs to be done.
The Nova Scotia Government and General Employees Union says 811 workers "have had to be mandated to work overtime, which is leading to worker fatigue and burn-out, and jeopardizing the service."
