Thoma Bravo has agreed to buy clinical trial financial lifecycle management software provider Greenphire from fellow private equity house The Riverside Company.
Riverside bought Greenphire in 2015. The company aims to help the pharmaceutical industry run more efficient and successful clinical trials.
Greenphire looks to streamline payment and logistical workflows, with clients including the majority of the top 30 pharmaceutical companies and top 10 CROs.
