HOLGATE – It was the final time for a Green Meadows Conference road trip to Holgate for the Wayne Trace boys basketball team and the Raiders made sure to close it out in style.
The red, white and blue scored 26 first quarter points and were never threatened in rolling to a 61-36 win over Holgate at the ‘Tiger Cage’ Friday evening.
The Raiders never trailed in the contest, turning a 2-2 tie into a 12-2 lead behind treys from Kyle Stoller and Brooks Laukhuf along with baskets by Laukhuf and Cameron Graham.
