Shots rang out a little before 7:45 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2023, in the area of 10 Talbot Ave., where the J’Ouvert parade was passing by as a kick off to the larger annual Caribbean Carnival in Dorchester.
Police arrested the final suspect involved in shooting near a Dorchester parade in August that left eight people injured. They arrested Hubman Hunter, 31, of Lynn, after they located him in Quincy, according to a brief police statement.
