Join this virtual session as part of the Access to Knowledge for Development Center (A2K4D) Eleventh Annual Workshop.
In acknowledgment of The Richard Bartlett Gift, Information Society Project (ISP) at Yale Law School and A2K4D will launch the Mobile Technology and Social Transformations: Access to Knowledge in Global Contexts book. This book investigates how the mobile telephone has transformed societies worldwide, bringing both opportunities and challenges. When knowledge and truth are increasingly contested, the book asks how mobile technology has changed the ways people create, disseminate, and access knowledge. This book is edited by Stefanie Felsberger and Ramesh Subramanian.
