　　为维护中国共产党成立100周年庆祝活动期间上海地区社会治安秩序和公共安全，根据《中华人民共和国人民警察法》《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》《大型群众性活动安全管理条例》《上海市公共场所人群聚集安全管理办法》等法律、法规、规章，以及国家和上海的有关规定，上海公安机关现就加强无人机等“低慢小”航空器安全管理通告如下： 　　一、本通告所称的无人机等“低慢小”航空器，是指低空、慢速、小型航空器和空飘物，主要包括轻型和超轻型飞机、轻型直升机、滑翔机、三角翼、动力三角翼、滑翔伞、动力伞、热气球、飞艇、民用无人机、模型航空器（含航空模型和航天模型）、无人驾驶自由气球、系留气球等类型。 　　二、2021年6月30日0时至2021年7月15日24时期间，禁止在本市以下区域内施放、飞行民用无人机等“�
