(TSMC) founder Morris Chang (張忠謀), said Thursday that her foundation will donate 1,200 uniforms to the firefighters who responded to the deadly Taroko Express train crash earlier this month. Chang, who chairs the TSMC Charity Foundation, said she wants to help the firefighters wash away the nightmare of the traumatic accident by replacing their bloodstained uniforms with new ones.
