新竹縣41歲楊姓男子涉犯多起住宅竊案被逮，警方查扣10多兩金飾及80萬元現金。警方透過媒體新聞發布及網路社群布告金飾照片，籲請被害人認領，新竹市28歲鍾姓人妻帶著報案單及結婚照片，開心認領回8件嫁妝金飾。楊男於中秋節連假前夕，騎著偷來的機車，沿台1線從新竹南下，於沿海各鄉鎮尋找下手目標，潛入民宅內竊取財物，於19日被竹南、通霄警方合力逮獲。楊男被查獲時，起出80萬元現金及金飾等贓物，陸續已有受害民眾認領，但尚有一些項鍊、手鍊、戒指等金飾待招領，昨天透過媒體新聞發布及網路社群公布金飾照片，籲請被害人認領。
