The Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization has created a blueprint of recommendations to make getting to and from work and hospital appointments a little more manageable.
The latest traffic shift around the HRBT began Sunday night when traffic was reduced to two lanes headed eastbound between Rip Rap Road and Settlers Landing Road.
The project director said that while the team working on the HRBT’s expansion had numerous achievements last year, he expects them to produce “even more impressive accomplishments” in 2023.
