Three Duluth City Council candidates will square off against one another as they vie to represent the 4th District, including Duluth Heights, Piedmont Heights and Lincoln Park.
While incumbent Councilor Renee Van Nett announced in February her intentions to seek a second term, two challengers, Howie Hanson and Nathan Rankin, quietly entered the race for the city’s 4th District seat during the filing period earlier this month.
