West Plains, MO. - On the morning of December 30th, at 9a.m., officials that won in the 2022 November elections were sworn into office. This includes Janet Crow, who is accepting her role as the new County Collector, Ralph Riggs, who will be taking the role of Presiding Commissioner, Cynthia Lee, taking the position of the Howell County Circuit Clerk, and others.
