Its kind of like russian roulette. Not every child who gets exposed to alcohol is going to be damaged. Its based on the amount of alcohol. And we know that binge drinking is the most harmful. And one of the latest studies that comes out of the midwestern town found that it was the binge drinking on the weekends. These arent women that were alcoholics.
