The Houston Police Department’s Union President, Doug Griffith, is asking the same set of questions on Friday of HPD Chief Troy Finner that KPRC 2 Investigates asked of the chief on Thursday after Finner revealed to Houstonians that he knew about sex assault cases being suspended as far back as November 2021.
