In another serIous escalatIon in the Middle East, iran has launched Missile Attacks against israel on the very same day that israel began a Ground InvasIon against hezbollah in Southern Lebanon. A few hours ago, sirens sounded across the country and israelis were told to take refuge in bomb shelters, as explosIons lit up the night sky. Israel has said that this attack will have consequences, whilst the iranian government said that if israel retaliated, its response would be, in its words, crushing and ruinous.
