To the Editor:
I understand the trip was made with about a dozen House Republican Representatives including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy.
First, why were there no reporters allowed inside while this honored group toured the facilities? Were they afraid they would be called out on any statements they would make later?
Second, Katko stated some migrants coming in were on the federal terrorist watch list. He said he got this information from talking to border agents. He never said he looked at any official documents and never said who these “agents” were. He than stated he didn’t know how this was being handled. Why not? Why would he not want to know more before making such a
