NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian on Wednesday revealed she had asked Ms Goward on February 18 to formally review the practice for ministerial staff making complaints about bullying, harassment or sexual assault. She said she approached Ms Goward because she was so moved by the strength of Ms Higgins, and the “absolute horror” of her disclosure.
