LOWER GWYNEDD â CBRE has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for Spring House Innovation Park (SHIP), a 133-acre multi-tenant life sciences campus located along the Pennsylvania Turnpike Corridor at 727 Norristown Road in Spring House, Lower Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County.
The property is owned by MRA Group, an experienced life sciences developer based in Horsham, and Beacon Capital Partners, a leading real estate investor, developer and manager.
