And there have been a number of things that have happened, prop e in 1999, the Charter Amendment that i did in 2007 that brought a significant amounts of fee and fine revenue that used to go into the general fund was diverted to the mta and most recently what the entire board of supervisors put on the ballot and passed proposition d, the tnc tax that is a new source of revenue. And i look at those things, and i realize that fair box recovery is important.
