Now, greg abbott, the governor of texas, was expected to have a press conference in the last hour, and now we are getting information that hes going to be holding one in this hour. As you can imagine, with the impact of harvey, the fact that the governor wants to get as much information as possible before he comes out to give an idea to the press of just what the state faces, but the issue with harvey is the fact that this is going to be a camper, basically, this system is going to stall out and be a major rain disaster event for the state of texas. So it really adds insult to injury for this storm, which typically, you know, an event like this would not be such a drencher, but thats what is going to make harvey so infamous.
