武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒COVID-19）本土疫情升溫，各縣市陸續傳出本土案例，台中市也連日有確診個案。麗寶樂園渡假區配合三級防疫警戒再升級，除了已暫停開放的麗寶樂園、國際賽車場，5月24日至28日，麗寶福容大飯店、麗寶Outlet Mall也暫停營業，加強清消整備工作，以實際行動展現支持政府防疫工作，齊心抗疫。麗寶樂園渡假區說，台灣面對疫情，需要全體共同面對，此次防疫總動員，渡假區內的探索世界樂園、密室逃脫、天空之夢摩天輪、麗寶國際賽車場、麗寶休息站，已於5月20日起休園，如今疫情更為險峻，再宣布園區內麗寶福容大飯店、麗寶Outlet Mall於5月24日起暫停對外開放，同時規劃設備維護保養、環境清潔消毒等工作，暫定於5月29日恢復營業，視疫情狀況彈性調整，一起為台灣防疫努力。
