Curated by executive chef Prabir Banerjee, modern Indian restaurant Chaiwala kicks off their Mother s Day brunch set (HK$398 p.p.) with Indian street food staples like pani puri with jal-jeera and Kerala-style Malabar scallops, followed by a special tandoori cage served with chicken tikka, pink salt salmon and tandoor gobi inside, as well as a family-style chicken curry.
